S$275,000,000 in Aggregate Principal Amount of 7 Per Cent. Perpetual Capital Securities
Olam International Limited (the “Company“) refers to its previous announcements dated 20 February 2012 and 23 February 2012 relating to its proposed issue (the “issue“) of S$275,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 7 per cent. perpetual capital securities (the “Securities“).
The Company is pleased to announce that the Issue has successfully closed on 1 March 2012.
The Securities are expected to be admitted to the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST“) with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 2 March 2012.
Admission to the Official List of the SGX-ST is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Securities, the Company and/or its subsidiaries.
