Amendment To The Notice Of A Director’s Interest And Change In Interest

Olam International Limited (the “Company”) refers to its earlier announcement numbered 00065 issued on 17 February 2010 in relation to the notice of director’s (including a director who is a substantial shareholder) interest and change in interest for Sunny George Verghese (the “Announcement”). An amendment has been made to the no. of shares held after the change in Part IV in which the no. of shares held should have been 30,000,000 instead of 15,000,000.
Where reference is made to shares, it shall refer to Options granted pursuant to the Olam Employee Share Option Scheme.
Apart from the above amendment, all other information contained in the Announcement remain unchanged.
