On 15 July 2009, 198,685,532 and 74,773,468 new ordinary shares (“Shares”) of Olam International Limited (“Olam”) were allotted to Breedens and Aranda respectively pursuant to a subscription agreement dated 30 May 2009 entered into between Olam, Breedens and Aranda.

Temasek Capital holds all issued shares in Seletar which in turn holds all issued shares in Breedens and Aranda.

Accordingly, Temasek Capital and Seletar have deemed interests in an aggregate of 273,459,000 Shares (being all Shares held by Breedens and Aranda) representing approximately 13.74% of all Shares in issue.
