198,685,532 new ordinary shares (“Shares”) of Olam International Limited (“Olam”) representing approximately 9.98% of all Shares in issue were allotted to Breedens pursuant to a subscription agreement dated 30 May 2009 entered into between Olam, Breedens and Aranda Investments Pte. Ltd. (“Aranda”).

Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”) holds all issued shares in Temasek Capital (Private) Limited (“Temasek Capital”) which in turn holds all issued shares in Seletar Investments Pte Ltd (“Seletar”) which in turn holds all issued shares in Breedens and Aranda.

Accordingly, each of Temasek, Temasek Capital and Seletar have a deemed interest in the Shares by virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act (Cap. 50).
