The Board of Directors of Olam International Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Murli Kewalram Chanrai as Chairman and Director of the Company, and the appointment of Mr. Rangareddy Jayachandran, a Non-Executive Director/Vice Chairman of the Company, as Chairman of the Company in place of Mr. Chanrai with effect from 11 February 2006.
The Board of Directors would like to express their appreciation to Mr. Chanrai for his service and extraordinary contributions to the Company.
