Results Announcement For Half Year Ended 31 December 2004
We wish to inform our shareholders that we have received from SGX today, a waiver of Listing Rule 705(2)(b), granting us an extension of the reporting timeline for the announcement of our first half interim financial results for the period ended 31 December, 2004.
In accordance with the waiver granted by SGX, the Company will announce its first half interim financial results no later than 15 March 2005.
The Company sought the extension, after taking into account the recent listing (11 February, 2005) of our shares on the SGX and the granting of an Over-Allotment Option, as part of our initial public offering to DBS Bank Ltd, acting as the Stabilising Manager, for a period of up to 30 days from the listing date (“Stabilisation Period”), i.e., until 13 March, 2005. During this period, the Stabilising Manager may effect transactions to stabilise or maintain market price of the shares. The Company understood that it might not be appropriate to make announcements with regard to its interim financial results during the Stabilisation Period.
