Our spice initiatives focus on dealing directly with farmers and local markets, to provide constant and reliable channels for their crops, and support their local economies.

Our quality control programmes and testing procedures help to ensure that sustainable crop production, handling and storage practices are adhered to, from the fields to our plants. There, our steam sterilisation process provides a more natural form of microbacterial control than any other treatment methods.
