Our team is motivated by Olam’s reputation in the coffee industry and our ambitious goal to create a successful and sustainable coffee operation, which enable us to attract, retain and inspire the right coffee professionals. The team is comprised of over 20 nationalities, with diverse experiences across various countries in origination, processing, logistics, quality, marketing and futures trading. In combining this talent with our vast industry experience, we have been able to successfully integrate valuable market knowledge with the best practices – a key factor in our growth.
With a direct marketing presence in most of the important markets, and offices in Singapore, Geneva, Milan (Italy), New York, California, Ljubljana and Osaka, we take pride in uniting our global reach. This has helped us to achieve and sustain leadership positions in most coffee origins, combined with strong client relationships across the globe.
Specialty Coffee Marketing
Our experienced global marketing teams and Q-graded cuppers with expertise across different coffee growing regions, have contributed to our extensive origination and marketing expertise for a wide selection of specialty and certified coffees. Providing the procurement expertise to help buyers locate exceptional coffees for the right price, they are regularly invited to participate as judges at major cupping competitions around the world, and have served on the Boards of both the Specialty Coffee Association of America and the Pacific Coast Coffee Association.
