Our people have been at the heart of our success since our foundation in 1989. Many of our senior managers have been with the company since the early days. At the same time we have continuously brought new talent into the business at all levels and many have made significant contributions to our growth. Since the beginning we have actively developed a culture of leadership and in 2010 Olam was recognised as a Top Global Company for Leaders by Hewitt and Fortune magazine and in 2012 were awarded the Asian Human Capital Award, at the Singapore Human Capital Summit.
